Negate and Dissolve . Those take care of everything you need to worry about. Don't remove all of your removal.... See what I did there ;) I'm personally not a huge fan of Sultai Charm and that should be taken out or moved to the sideboard. Dissolve moves into your mainboard while Negate sideboard to deal with control and superfriends. You should also drop a card to get down to 60. I'm thinking an Opulent Palace . Just some suggestions. I like seeing a Sultai deck with some aggro in it. +1

I think you are correct and I have made changes accordingly. I am now concerned however with my lack of card draw. Suggestions? Also a little worried about which planeswalkers are necessary. I really like Ashiok because I believe in the new meta, she'll be able to take a lot of multiple color but relatively low CMC creatures and play them. However, she might just be a sideboard card when all is said and done. How do you all feel about the other walkers?

I honesty believe that Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is one of the best and should stay mainboard. As soon as she hits the field she has the ability to completely ruin your opponents gameplan by exiling thier best stuff, some of which she can grab for you! So much fun! She is made to ruin aggro, but she still exiles three cards and even control decks don't want to see that. As far as card draw, that might not be something you need to worry about. You would have to take out key elements of your deck to put in substantial card draw. Since you already have Ashiok and Thoughtseize you might want to stick with disruption of thier game plan instead. Perhaps a Liliana Vess to replace Kiora. She can tutor for what you need while messing with their hand if need be.

Peccavi for card draw, I don't know how easy delve is for your deck (you already have murderous cut) but maybe Dig Through Time or Treasure Cruise ?
