Big exception —June 13, 2017
Because I love this deck so much, I just did something I haven't done in ages; I bought two expensive cards. My wife's going to kill me :) Anyway, replaced Ashen Rider and Crystal Chimes with Academy Rector and Replenish respectively.
Don't get me wrong, Ashen Rider is just pure awesome sauce, but this deck isn't focussed on removal that much and he IS quite expensive to cast so out he went. Nothing wrong with Crystal Chimes either, but Replenish is just a way better version.

Grave Betrayal is very nice, but also damn expensive to cast. Furthermore, I think it would fit better in a green/black control deck (Meren?).
I love Angelic Accord. It used to be in here but was replaced with Sigil of the Empty Throne. Maybe I could cut Chromatic Lantern for it; I'm always careful with cutting mana sources but I have to admit; this deck never really suffers from a shortage. I'll give it a try.
As for Plea for Guidance; no I don't think so. Too expensive for my tastes and I have much cheaper tutors and plenty of draw in this deck to compensate.

Grave Betrayal would be awesome in this build. I would also recommend Angelic Accord since you're already running Sigil of the Empty Throne and Anointed Procession. Plea for Guidance is a descent way to get all these to combo together. The only suggestion I have for cuts is Chromatic Lantern. It's not doing much good in a two color besides being another mana rock (Worn Powerstone ramps better) and you already have plenty of lands.
