This is a new prototype mono black deck I'm working on using many of the new cards from the Ixalan set. This is a budget deck, and I know there might be some better cards to replace some of these, but I tried to keep it pretty balanced between price and function. As of the day I am typing this (9/21/17) Ixalan has not been released yet, so if you have any card suggestions, please leave a comment. This is my first standard deck, and the reason I am using mostly cards from the Ixalan set is so I don't have to worry about it not being standard legal for about two years.
