Nice. I actually have a similiar deck, not posted though. +1.

It's not as consistent as I would like at the moment, Shipwreck Singer could probably be removed. And the land base needs some work.

Have only played about a dozen matches with it so far. So not quite sure what direction I should take from here.

Got to flesh out the side board too.

This deck has been winning a lot in casual matches, still a bit slow some times, it seems to either dominate the board or get crushed, tho the mid game has been interesting.

I think part of the problem of this deck's inconsistency is the amount of 1-ofs (and for that matter some of the 2-ofs). While that style is always fun because you never know exactly what your hand is going to play like, in my opinion if you want to have a more "complete" deck you should decide what's working and bump up the numbers on those cards while removing things that aren't.

That being said, I think that Paranoid Delusions should be the first thing to go. It's too risky for it's (imo) marginal benefit, especially since you don't have any protection for your creatures

Dimir Charm also seems like a weak card to me, but you may have better uses for it than I have.

When it comes to land I think you could maybe use 1 more, but I'm also worried about the speed that your deck plays. While Transguild Promenade is perfect with Nightveil Specter , it essentially takes 2 mana to cast and comes out tapped. You might consider Shimmering Grotto instead. Also, with only 2 Nightveil Specter I don't think you need 4 Transguild Promenade .

Anyway, good luck! You have the beginnings of a really fun deck!

Thanks for the input.

Dimir Charm has done really well, being able to destroy any creature power 2 or less is great in the early game, as it takes out a ton of threats. The counter sorcery is great for things like Thoughtseize and Dreadbore

Transguild Promenade is only in for lack of better land and it can kill tempo in the early game, but as a mana fix I find it's better to pay 1 once, then everytime. Going to cut it down to 2 I think.

I've actually taken the deck a bit more aggro then mill. Going to post the new list after some more play testing. Forgot all about this guy Nighthowler

Taking out Nightveil Specter completely as it does a lot tho it's fun when it works. But this deck is playing two or three different strategies right now (aka to many)

Going to replace Shipwreck Singer as well either with Frostburn Weird or Hover Barrier
