So I removed Torment of Hailfire because I realized that without having Praetor's Grasp, you can still win with infinite mana its just a pain, so whenever your The Gitrog Monster dies, if you replay it, you can get another land drop, this means that you can Strip Mine everyone else out. On top of that, you can use Assassin's Trophy to destroy all their permanents which would probably force them to concede. With that, you can end the game by attacking with an infinite powered Wild Mongrel or Noose Constrictor, and another creature that is enchanted with Oblivion Crown to kill all opponents simultaneously.

The deck is a classic Gitrog combo deck. The combo is: The Gitrog Monster + Discard Outlet on the board with Dakmor Salvage in your hand. This allows you to draw your entire deck because of the Eldrazi Titan's shuffling your graveyard into your deck when they are put into your graveyard. You either discard them or mill them via dredge. Then you play Lotus Petal infinite times to produce infinite mana and either cast Praetor's Grasp infinite times or Torment of Hailfire where x = infinite.
