Very first playtest... —Nov. 8, 2014
...went very bad. I lost three games straight up, and my opponent got bored. Lessons? Sure! Mind Sculpt is useless here because I can not play with enemy's Graveyard me my self. Also, lacked muscle and removes. So, added Fated Retribution and another Goblinslide and two Despises from sideboard, making room for them by removing those Mind Sculpts. Now I have some removes and maybe a little bit muscle too?
So what went right? Ornithopter + Ensoul Artifact combo is perfect. Beginning the third turn, enemy starts getting severe beating. Also, I had plenty of mana even with 20 lands and one Springleaf Drum. Never I was not able to cast something I had in my hand.
As a side note, added Temple of Silence and one additional Dissolve (as originally proposed and planned). Then, what's next? One more Despise and one more Dissolve, and those two additional Springleaf Drums, and we should be finally ready with the main deck! But, I have to test this even more even already!
Thank you very much! About mana; I have not played with it yet, only simulations--have not been able to participate in FNM. I know, I should have got 21 or 22 lands but instead I think I am going to replace Goblinslide and Briber's Purses with three more Springleaf Drums when I can trade them in. That would allow me some neat mana acceleration very early on, if only lucky with draws and they also would work nice with Ensoul Artifacts. Of course, I will work on lands when ever I get better Standard legal cards, just like last night including that one stray Temple :)

I love this infinite mill combo myself. Nice aggro alternative twist you got going there.
Do you have any trouble with the Mana in this? My only fear would be not getting things out quick enough to defend against those super quick, super aggro red decks.
While Mana Confluence would be useful it's expensive as anything, but if you do have a copy laying around... run it. A few of the bullet lands might be helpful too (and they're far more affordable.)
