Going 3 color and bringing in Lightning Bolt, Terminate, and Kolaghan's Command means goodbye Dark Confidant, hello Snapcaster Mage. Reworked the land base to fit this change.

Vampire Hexmage + Ancestral Vision does not actually work. With Vision in Exile, it is not considered a permanent (since it is not a part of the game... technically). Therefore the Hexmage couldn't target it. You'd have to use things like Clockspinning and Timebender, since they specifically allow you to target suspended cards.
