Got rid of the Demonlord of Ashmouth in favor of Desecration Demon.

This seems like the PERFECT deck for card:Altar's Reap!

Bloodgift Demon 'f name fits the theme, but idk how well he would fit in. Card advantage to say the least. Where are the Desecration Demon 's? Great name, neat deck

You're running a mono black deck with an aweful lot of Vampires. Ever consider Vampire Nocturnus in your sideboard?

It seems like you're trying to play Vampires and graveyard shenanigans. I think you can only have one here.
You could splash green for Strangleroot Geist and Corpsejack Menace . I think Necropolis Regent is a better beater than Mikaeus, though with your high curve, you'll need to focus more on early game disruption to get your stuff working like you want. :)

This deck looks like one of the best uses of the undying/blood artist combo thing I've seen in a while! If I were running this deck, though, I might take out both copies of Mikaeus, the Unhallowed in favor of another Butcher Ghoul and another Demonlord of Ashmouth , especially since most of your creatures won't benefit much from Mikaeus because they already have undying to begin with.

That being said, I agree with papadurf-I almost +1'ed this deck just because of the name.
