I missed playing Jund so much! —Nov. 23, 2017

I switched to Abzan for the past month or two but just went back to playing Jund. I’ve overhauled the decklist to be more heavy mid game. Collective Brutality has jumped to the mainboard and so has Tireless Tracker!!! This guy is a workhorse! He is quickly as big or bigger than goyf after a fetch or two and draws as good or better than bob. Still tweaking the 4-5 drop slots but for now this deck is just so much fun to play. I have to re-do the breakdown/primer section as much of the text is outdated from a previous Blood Moon variant.

Sweet deck man, how do you feel about Grim Flayer? I think he'd be worth trying out

+1 from me

Thanks for the feedback Hunson_Abadeer. I used to run him before I got Tarmogoyf. I've seen him work well for fixing Dark Confidant so you don't take as much damage on the upkeep. I think he belongs in a different style JUND deck though. One more centered around delirium and overall beat down. The creature slots are extremely tight in JUND as the focus is on one-for-one removal and discard. I would have to swap out Scavenging Ooze to make room for Grim Flayer. But I prefer scooze for control match-ups where Snapcaster Mage is a threat. Also, the lifegain off Scavenging Ooze can be life saving.

Grim Flayer in this build is also more difficult to cast when I bring in Blood Moon which is the ticket to beating Death's Shadow and abzan builds right now.

Fair enough and very good points, I over looked the life gain from scooze.

I definitely just feel like this is just a bad Idea. Of course you'll steal some wins every now and then (bloodmoon does that) but you may as well play rakdos or Skred. Blood moon decks hinge on blood moon being non symetrical
