Myr Landshaper and Unwinding Clock

I dunno if this is combo, but I wanna use a Myr Landshaper and Unwinding Clock. If I untap during someone else's turn, can I tap Myr Landshaper to untap a land since it is an artifact? This is for Commander games
If you want to use Unwinding Clock to untap lands, you'll either need to run one or more of the six existing artifact lands ( Ancient Den , Seat of the Synod , Vault of Whispers , Great Furnace , Tree of Tales , and Darksteel Citadel ) or run Mycosynth Lattice , which will add the artifact type to all permanents (including lands).

Unwinding Clock , Myr Landshaper
No, there’s no point in the game where these two abilities will coincide. Landshaper’s ability lasts until end of turn, so you can’t activate it and have it roll over into the following turn to Untap the land, and you cannot activate it in your Untap step (where Unwinding Clock ’s ability takes place), because no one gets priority during that step.
