First of all please try to link all cards in your questions:

Tranquil Cove

Second, what I think you're asking is:

"If I bring a second Tranquil Cove into play will I gain a life from each Tranquil Cove I control?"

The answer to that is no, when a card has an effect that names the card it is on it is shorthand for saying "When this permanent..."

An effect that would do what you're asking would read:

"Whenever a land with the name Tranquil Cove Enters the battefield you gain 1 life"

I think you're misunderstanding the way mana works.

Tranquil Cove's last ability reads, ": Add or to your mana pool."

This means that the ability produces mana, which is an intangible resource used to pay for many of the costs in the game. Mana is NOT the same as land. Although many lands produce mana, the two things are fundamentally different.

Lands are permanents. Mana is a resource.

Tranquil Cove's last ability doesn't have anything to do with putting lands onto the battlefield from anywhere. It just creates mana.

Further, effects that instruct you to put a card onto the battlefield will always specify the zone from which that object originates. You don't automatically get to search your deck.

Land and mana are different things. Mana is the magical energy you use to pay for spells and card abilities. It usually comes from lands (Tranquil Cove, Forest, etc.), but can also come from other sources (Elvish Mystic, Pyretic Ritual, etc.), and there are some lands that don't make any mana at all (Maze of Ith, Thawing Glaciers, etc.).

Every basic land (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest) has an ability that says ": Add C to your mana pool", where C is the appropriate colored mana symbol for that land. That ability used to be fully written out on the card in older sets, but around 1999 or so the design of basic lands was changed to just have a big mana symbol in the text box.

When you tap Tranquil Cove for , it's just like tapping a Plains for . When you tap it for , it's just like tapping an Island for . You don't go get another land, you get mana to pay for a spell or ability.
