Could you actually write out a coherent question? And perhaps give an example of what card you're thinking of?

If you're asking can Doom Blade destroy an indestructible creature, then no it can't. It's indestructible (can't be destroyed).

Also things like lightning bolt don't work either.

But if you have one that reduces the toughness of the creature to 0 or less, that works. Same with making the controller sacrifice it, or exiling the creature.

Cards that say destroy like Doom Blade/ Hero's Downfall and damage like Lightning Bolt and Shock can not kill an indestructible creature.

Cards that exile like Path to Exile, return to hand Unsummon, put into other zones like Terminus or reduce toughness (different than damage) like Grasp of Darkness or Dead Weight can kill indestructible creatures.

Next time, respect the rules of the site and link the cards you were thinking of using the bracket structure (formatting guide available here), and don't just write out gibberish.

People already told you that your question isn't very well phrased, but at the very least, you'd have to state which instant you're talking about, as the card type itself isn't much of an indication.

A possible interpretation is whether an indestructible creature can be "killed" while on the stack, or just entering the battlefield. In either case, Doom Blade effects won't help (it can't target a spell on the stack, and Indestructible is in effect as soon as the creature is on the battlefield), but while it's on the stack, it can be countered as normal.

@rorofat Exiling creatures does not actually kill them (in a sense of them dieing, which triggers certain abilities). The only things that kills-as-in-dies creatures is reducing their toughness to 0 or less, sacrificing them, or putting one of them into the graveyard due to the Legendary rule (I hope I didn't forget anything)

The only additional case I can think of BlueScope is a very specific example and that's through the Planeswalker Uniqueness rule if you were to clone an animated walker such as Gideon, Champion of Justice or to play another Gideon after animating one. I guess same goes for Sarkhan, but when he animates he becomes legendary.

BlueScope true, I should have phrased it differently. I meant kill as in get rid of, not the actual term :)
