A swamp card is any land card with the subtype swamp, such as Swamp, Overgrown Tomb, or Underground Sea. If you're instructed to search your library for a swamp, such as by Liliana of the Dark Realms' +1 ability, you may find any such card.
A swamp is any land with the subtype swamp, as the aforementioned lands typically are while they're on the battlefield, but that may be changed by other effects. If Blood Moon is on the battlefield, of those lands only Swamp will still be a swamp. If Blanket of Night is on the battlefield all lands will be swamps.

A basic swamp is a land with the supertype basic and the subtype swamp, such as Swamp and Snow-Covered Swamp, assuming nothing odd is going on. If Blanket of Night is on the battlefield other lands such as Island, Snow-Covered Mountain, and Wastes will also be basic swamps.
