... I mean really, the Soul of Alara was so much stronger than these!
That aside, what's your favorite Soul creature and how do you plan to use them?

GoldGhost012 Really? Soul of New Phyrexia is the most powerful of the soul cycle imo...and others...

Yes, but indestructible doesn't bother me, nor a 6/6 trampler with no other evasion.

What GoldGhost012 said. I think if you untap with those one of those two and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx things could get out of hand.

I think Soul of Zendikar will be a very strong card with Mono-Green Devotion builds. great mana sink and puts the game so far out of reach for most decks. The only decks that won't care are ones playing Supreme Verdict , Cyclonic Rift and other board wipe cards.

Soul of Theros and Soul of Shandalar i think will make the largest impact on standard imo

While Soul of Theros and Soul of Shandalar are the strongest, I feel the fact that Soul of New Phyrexia fits in any deck is great. Also, trample is very relevant.

Soul of Theros is definitely the best, especially if you pair it with token-making planeswalkers. He seems like a good finisher for control decks who sit around with a lot of unused mana late in the game.

I am not so sure Soul of Shandalar is quite as good as people are making it out to be. Five mana for a Lava Spike and Bolting a creature isn't the best rate, and I personally believe Soul of Innistrad to be much better because of the card advantage it provides.

Eh, thispersonisagenius, Soul of Innistrad has you waste a turn returning 3 creatures to your hand, and then you have to cast them again next turn. Not the best. Reanimate a single creature for 5 mana? Different story.
Also, Soul of Shandalar is really good in the sense that it isn't just a Lava Spike and Lightning Bolt . Its a REUSABLE Lava Spike and Lightning Bolt , which makes it good. It also has first strike, which makes it hard to defeat in combat.

@TheGamer It's not wasting a turn. In fact, I think bolting a player and a creature is a much larger waste of five mana than returning three creatures. Recycling your cards gives you card advantage, as your opponent now has to remove them all over again with multiple cards (unless of course they're playing a reasonable wrath effect like Supreme Verdict for a couple of months or whatever gets printed in Khans). Repeatable bolts just gets you nowhere, as you could be doing other, better things with that mana like playing a Stormbreath Dragon . The ability on Soul of Innistrad is at least a 2 for 1 when you factor in the recasting part.

I actually plan on using Soul of Theros in my token edh deck because of the fact that all my little soldiers and sporelings and what not getting +2/+2 and first strike and lifelink is just insane.

I will be countering the shit out of Soul of Theros and probably Soul of Shandalar and laugh at the other 4.
