Mono White Aggro?

Just a question/opinion of the forum presence.
Mono white aggro (in some variations, white weenie)
I've noticed the deck hasn't placed very high lately in the closely followed SCG tournaments...but my local meta on competitive REL Saturdays is huge aggro.
I was just curious, how does mono white fair against other aggro decks, or other decks for that matter? The card pool has some awesome choices:
All being the big 3 to me.
I have been playing mono black aggro, and some RWU control for the past half year, and in the aggro match ups, at least against me, I've noticed white really having an edge, especially with brave alpha strike.
Just curious if anyone thinks mono white has a consistent potential to run over other aggro decks?
The meta is lots of red, mono black, MUD, some esper and 2-3 BW midrange in a wide range of numbers on the weekends.
No one runs the deck at my LGS competitively.I feel mono white actually can be if built correctly, a force.
Now the last question to all those experienced with the deck,WW version? With loads of one drops and tricks such as Fortify (which is actually a pretty amazing underused card)
Or just a solid aggro list built on tempo? With brimaz topping the curve?
Also let there be noted that with the captain reprint, mono white soldiers can actually be a thing.
Obelisk of Urd anyone?

Honestly I just dont feel forking out the money for the mana base, for a deck for competitive Saturday magic lol
That is the total truth, because if I am going to that hardcore of a tournament, to win big, it definitely wont be with mono white haha in respect to how fun the deck can be!
Plus mono white I believe can be competitive without the splashes.

The white weenie is really great and i think it's best built as an aggro/control deck. I'd run something like this as a none-Mutavault "budget" option.
MB:4x Dryad Militant 4x Soldier of the Pantheon 2x Hopeful Eidolon 4x Brave the Elements 4x Oppressive Rays
2x Phyrexian Revoker 4x Precinct Captain 4x Brimaz, King of Oreskos 4x Eidolon of Countless Battles 2x Ajani, Caller of the Pride
22x Plains
SB:4x Banishing Light 2x Devouring Light 3x Pillar of Light 3x Banisher Priest 3x Fiendslayer Paladin
There is a lot of incidental lifegain going on in white right now so it might be worth tinkering around with creatures that have lifelink, different anthems or just secondary effects of lifegain like with the Soldier of the Pantheon to make the white "Tarmogoyf " Ajani's Pridemate a thing. It should work, but Iv yet to really brew with the card in standard, but the theory is solid as long as you don't go to deep with auras and stuff.

I have placed very well almost every time I have run Legions of the Sun God 5-0 FNM, and I believe that adding another colour would only slow it down.
It does have its weaknesses, but some sideboard-tinkering to allow for your usual meta should help.
Very powerful deck, straightforward beats, non-stop.

What M15 cards would you include if you updated your list?

There's no reason to go mono-white over W/x since there's great mana in this standard. Black gives removal and Athreos, Red gives Lightning Strike and other stuff, blue gives card draw and Lyev Skyknight , and green gives Voice of Resurgence , Mistcutter Hydra , etc.
Though I do like white weenie and have placed pretty well at FNMs (I got 1st quite a few times)
