Looking for a certain card/effect

Hi,I wanted to ask if someone knows a card like Twisted Image that switches Power and Toughness of ALL creatures.
Or text-changing cards that can change the text of Twisted Image from "target" to "each".
The main idea was to build a deck around Rabble-Rouser enchanted with Chant of the Skifsang, giving all enemy attacking creatures -12/-0, so that power =/< 0 and then change power and toughness of all. Peng, mass removal.

Mannichi, the Fevered Dream is literally the only card that does this.

KillDatBUG mathimus55 you both seem to forget the cards you both mentioned DONT take care of Indestructible so in a way they are worse than the Tragic Slip type effect he/she is going for lol
------ you do seem to be trying to jump through too many hoops though for this effect. What format are you wanting to accomplish this combo in?

Pokemaster325 the OP didn't say specifically they were trying to get around indestructible. If we're going to play along then, change wrath to Black Sun's Zenith and my point still stands.

This scenario kills only attacking creatures... as well as the Rabble-Rouser, I guess.

Exactly. I only want to kill my opponents attacking creatures, not my own. Like against token decks where I face 20 boosted 5/5 zombies or stuff.

Char-Rumbler is the only creature to be printed with negative power. While a creature can have negative power, it doesn't function as negative, only zero. So if you cast Soul's Fire on Char Rumbler, it would deal zero damage, since you can't deal negative damage.
So in your example, attacking creatures would get +0/+0

No, power and damage are 2 different instances.Power will always keep the integer value X, for negative X the rule is simply damage = 0. Hope that helped clearing things up for you. :)
