Looking for cards that move counters or simply just +1/+1 counters. I'm making a simic graft/evolve EDH deck and the only one I can think of is Power Conduit .
Simic Guildmage can move them for (1)G for each counter you want to move.

Modular might work like Arcbound Overseer , I could also see just putting counters on things using cards like Energy Chamber , another fun one is Rite of Passage ,

God, I hate bioshift. Mostly because I dont play simic and the card is so damn good. My buddy uses it on me all the time, it can completely foil plans.

@Ricky: It's an extremely powerful card, but its scope is quite narrow. Learn to play around Bioshift by holding on to instant-speed removal until he tries to cast it. By foiling the plans he tries to make, you can easily 2-for-1 him and turn the game quickly into your favor.

Forgotten Ancient has done wonders for me in Simic EDH

I'm mainly looking for ways to move around counters from evolve to ensure that creatures i play will add counters to them. Right now it seems that Power Conduit , Bioshift , and Simic Guildmage are the only options I see.
However some of these cards are a nice addition to the deck I'm planning.

Fangren Firstborn doesnt move them, but its a good card. Vigor is also nice. And any "spike" creature like Spike Tiller uses the counters for an effect or transfers them onto some other creature. Jut search spike in the name of the card on gatherer and youll see a buch.
