Abzan +1+1 Counters - Feedback plz

I built abzan deck around outlast ability , while its fun to play I encounter problems to get it competitive I usually win by having couple of creatures w/ +1+1 tokens and the falconer giving me evasion .

but i struggle when they kill him (falconer) , i add abzan resistance and abzan ascendency to give me some back up in the event that they try to kill him

not sure about abzan charm and bow of nylea i think that will be good addition but not sure what to remove and how many to add .

something that I have think about its mana accelaration but again not sure if it will be good and what to remove .

feedback will be appreciated - Here is the deck Abzan +1+1 Counters - Feedback plz

Outlast is not a great ability, it is very slow and it taps your creature so you cannot attack or block as you are building them up.

Bow of Nylea is definitely a good option, you should also be running all 4 copies of Dromoka's Command and Collected Company

If they kill your Abzan Falconer just return the favor by killing their best creature. You are running black and you don't have a single card that destroys your opponent's creature. Throw in Hero's Downfall and Ultimate Price

You could also throw in a mix of heroic and bolster creatures. Things like Favored Hoplite, Hero of Leina Tower, Dromoka, the Eternal and Dragonscale General can all accelerate your counter generation
