Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

I like the top two because it shows the scale of the creature best. But the one at the bottom is cool...

Sorry, couldn't really answer before. All three of those look incredible. The third one rather looks like a demon. The one looking to the left looks like an actual blackbird, but has this weird visual of both flying and standing at the same time. The one looking to the right looks less like a bird, but best shows the absurdity of this creature. I like that one best!

Take a card that's not really played in commander except by me and very few people for instance Glasses of Urza amd put it to a legendary and make it playable. Like I did here with spike

Here's my next take on the challenge:
Elimorn, Rubble Dropper
Legendary Creature - Giant
When ~ enters the battlefield, choose four nonland permanents you don’t control and put an aim counter on each of them.
At the beginning of your end step, if two or more permanents you don’t control have an aim counter on them, destroy one of those permanents at random.
: Return ~ to its owners hand.

Not sure if he actually became a skeleton, but this is a character from a Forgotten Realms novel (that I haven't read, so I'm not sure I got it exact). This guy was a bard who became undead after killing a dream vestige.

Vicious Mockery
Instant
Tap target creature and remove it from combat. It doesn't untap during it's controllers next untap step. As long as this creature remains tapped in this way, it's base power and toughness are each reduced to 1 and it's activated and triggered abilities can't be activated or triggered. If this creature were to leave the battlefield before it untaps, exile it instead.
Insults spoken so fluently, you'll wish you were dead.
Turn another iconic D&D spell into an instant or sorcery. Feel free to use a spell that was already made into a card, such as Lay on Hands and Powerword: Kill if you have a new idea for it.

One of my favorite spells to use:
Misty Step
Instant
Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under it's owner's control. If that creature was attacking as it was exiled, you may have it enter the battlefield tapped and attacking.
The half-elf muttered a short incantation as the vampire lunged at him, vanishing into a cloud of mist. He reappeared behind the vampire, poised to plunge his silver sword into the monster's undead flesh.
Turn another DnD spell into a card, or if you want turn a DnD magic item into a card.

Tribal Sorcery - Wizard Bard
You may cast ~ only if you control a Wizard or Bard, and a creature you control becomes the target of a spell or ability your opponents control.
As an additional cost to cast ~, choose an untapped creature you control and tap it.
For as long as the chosen creature is tapped, creatures you control gain protection from everything except you and permanents you control. Untap the chosen creature at the beginning of the next untap step.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I need some space!"
I think this is a pretty accurate depiction of the spell into Magic. I like the idea of spells like this requiring the classes that can cast it!
Make another spell that requires a class, or create a DnD Magic Item into a card!

I don't play d&d so I had to do some research
You guys can keep doing the d&d stuff. But I think it would be cool make a card based off of an artwork I provide.
Duplicitous Manuscript: a magical spellbook that looks like a collection of romance fiction to anyone except its owner. It contains D&D Illusion spells like Nystul's Magic Aura and allows the user to expend a charge to impose disadvantage on another creature's Intelligence Investigation checks
And yes this art is made by AI using these words.

When Duplicitous Manuscript enters the battlefield, discard up to one card and then Scry X where X is the discarded cards mana value plus 1.
Discard a card, : Target player discards two cards. If you discarded a land, they discard two cards at random instead.

Ever cautious, the Mantis Adept specializes in long graceful strides and strikes, seeking to disable vital areas of the body in single, swift attacks.

Would be a lovely curve topper in Draft, especially on a plane ripe with flyers. Tarkir would be a good home for it, except they don't have insect people so you'd likely want a Human atop of it, a la Mantis Rider. But I rather liked the idea of a Mantis as the Monk herself. Obviously inspired by Kung-Fu Panda.
And that's exactly what the next challenge is. Take another master of the arts from Kung-Fu Panda and make them a creature. You can make them a legendary homage, or just a nice little nod like I did. Either one is fine.

I gotta say, I LOVE that enchantment, legendofa. Having it trigger off of each end step is a really nice touch. We don't see a lot of that, anymore. Great job.
