I was wondering, because i had a bunch of cards with dash on them. Like Mardu Scout or Ambuscade Shaman.

No, not really. If you're using creatures to win games in commander, the type of things that are good in standard and in modern rarely work. For example, the card Tarmogoyf is a meta-defining creature in modern. It's terrible in EDH because it's nothing more than a body. The things you want to cast in EDH are cards like Grave Titan and Urabrask the Hidden. They're efficient creatures with relevant abilities. When someone has 40 life, getting chipped by a 3/1 isn't doing much. You want to bash face.

If you really want dash, you could use Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury. She's a decent casual general and gives you an effect to build around. If you're just getting started with EDH, then a dragon deck could be a lot of fun for you. Keep in mind you can dash her from the command zone.

Would Ogre Battledriver be good?

The battledriver would do the best in token based deck, but for dash, it's just sub par.

Yeah. He's still a fine card. If you like haste, you can always run something as simple as Hammer of Purphoros.

The shaman is still a powerful card, but I'd never dash it into play. Hard cast it, and make sure you have a haste enabler. Makes each creature you play have a little extra impact when they enter the battlefield.

The only time I could see a card with dash being super useful in edh is if it had an etb ability. They definitely kept this in mind when designing the mechanic though. Flamerush Rider is the closest thing you get to abusing etb in a dash theme, and you need to rely on another creature (try playing against Rider + Ponyback Brigade in sealed)

If you get the mana base out to cast them continually then maybe. It's definitely a conditional win though since you'd want things like Impact Tremors and Warstorm Surge in place to really make it matter.
