Couple minor changes with the release of RTR:
-1xDiabolic Tutor and -1xRise from the Grave - I really wasn't excited when I pulled those. In their place I added in 2xNecropolis Regent.
I have also switched the Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet (not the best bomb anymore since Necropolis Regent) with one more Vampire Nocturnus he's just a good card to have in here.

haha...understood. The guys I play against have hated that card almost since day 1.

Try sign in blood and Vampire Nocturnus for the finish, I think 4 blade and 4 feast and too much. Add some bloodghast they comeback into play for free. Add some go for the throat for more reliable removale. Come see my sexy 69 cards vampires deck :-P+1 by the way, but it need work

Vampire Nocturnus would be great but I can't afford him. Bloodghast would also be a nice addition but I really don't want to go over the 60 limit and there's nothing I'd want to take out for him that would make the trade valuable.
And I love having 4xBlade of the Bloodchief and 4xFeast of Blood since it's a vampire deck and half the strategy is to get a blade out and equipped early and start destroying creatures. I wouldn't remove Feast of Blood and put in Go for the Throat in it's place anyways in a vampire deck.
Thanks for the +1 but...I'm going to have to agree to disagree.

I refuse to +1 any deck that runs Captivating Vampire
. I hate those things so much. So very, very much. But, for the record, it's a decent deck. You've got a solid base, but I recommend trying out Pulse Tracker
s, in order to hit quickly.
