Creatures make up 1/3 of your deck, and you only have 8 of them at cmc 4 or higher. do you think Descendants' Path is worth the slot?

blackhawk22 would you add a signet, Cryptic Gateway, Phyrexian Arena, Austere Command or Staff of Nin as a replacement? Good call on that

FangorHelmsar, I was so mad when I realized Saskia the Unyielding wasn't a Warrior herself! She definitely ought to be. This should be fun, but I think my United and Unyielding Human Tribal may be more competitive. Time will have to tell!

Lovisa Coldeyes literally buffs 26/33 creatures. and you have a few non warriors so that excuse doesn't fly when she helps that many. and 5 drop when red is one of your heavier colors seems a little lackluster with the ramp your deck can have

I would also suggest you give her a try. She makes almost all your creatures much better.

As for other suggestions, I have a Saskia deck as well. There are a few good tricks you might find interesting.

So you're just using Saskia for colors then, mostly, right?

Reyhan, Last of the Abzan is at least a warrior and then that would leave you with Red White and Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder is pretty dang decent as a 4 drop psudeo-Titan making beating down more... double-strikey. Then you have Obsidian Battle-Axe to give Warriors haste and you have enough legendary creatures to make Hero's Blade useful.

Dorotheus thanks for commenting! I chose Saskia the Unyielding for the commander of this list because of the fact I feel she has to be WOTC's biggest flavor-fail... She clearly ought to be a Warrior sub-type rather than a Soldier... but even with that huge fail, I think the Warrior list is more lethal than the United and Unyielding Human Tribal list or the My Liege | Saskia Voltron builds (though Humans has shown to be the most resilient)

Anyway! I actually think both her color and effect are ludicrously strong, that's why I kept her. I played around with Reyhan and Bruse, but I felt that required abuse of the +1/+1 counter mechanic, and once I fell down that little rabbit hole, I thought it would be better suited by not being a Tribal deck anymore...

As per your equipment ideas, I knew of and decided against Obsidian Battle-Axe, but you make an interesting point about Hero's Blade, I wasn't aware of that little gem!
