This is my take on Zevin Faust's Pro-Tour Azorius Tempo deck that features High Noon + Voice of Victory to hamper our opponents to one spell per turn cycle, Avatar's Wrath + Aven Interrupter as a virtual prison, and Floodpits Drowner + Ajani as a one-two punch to get ahead on board and stay there. High Noon is just a very well positioned card right now and prevents so many opponents from "going off" while the pressure provided by our creatures and utility provided by our disruption grants us game against any opponent.
