Imperial Improvements —May 1, 2020
Added Imperial Recruiter, Arcane Signet, Bloodtracker, Talisman of Creativity, Wayfarer's Bauble, Lightning Greaves, and By Force. Re-added Flayer of the Hatebound. People swear by it so I fiigured why not try it again. Lowered the average CMC of my ramp to try to get Marchesa out on turn 3 more often.
Still need to add a Spark Double.
