I love Rebecca Guay's art so hers is the second artist deck I'm making. Cabal Executioner + Traveler's Cloak are the essentials, the rest is subterfuge. Would be great to get it to 60 cards. It would probably do a little better with just U, but the only other build I'm considering is rainbow (relying heavily on Pulse of Llanowar with Keldon Mantle as the chief prize).
