Some small changes.

I removed Brawn and replaced it with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. This is mostly because all our finishers already possess either trample or another type of evasion and Brawn is not a card we ever intend on casting.

We also removed Lotleth Troll for Hedron Crab. I'm not 100% sure this the best choice as having a way to discard certain cards that appear in our opening hand is useful tool for us, as well as having "regenerate" for one black in the graveyard for our Necrotic Ooze. We'll see how this card performs and switch back if needed.

The last card we've removed is Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur in favor of Nezahal, Primal Tide. Jin-Gitaxias is the kind of card I normally avoid putting on the battlefield for a number of reasons. It's a very big target on your back if you manage to reanimate or victimize it early in the game, easily removed in the late game and always draws removal or hate from the table. Even if it does last long enough to actually strip your opponents of their hand, that just makes the game less fun. Nezahal, Primal Tide, on the other hand, fills the same role as Jin, has a form of protection that we actually can use to our advantage, and much higher power/toughness. I think this is a strict upgrade for the deck. Other cards I'm considering for this spot are Kokusho, the Evening Star to give the deck some lifegain (which we sorely need with our land base), and Twilight's Call.

This may have been in the deck at one point, I don't think I saw it in any of the updates but Hedron Crab and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant could help fill up your graveyard pretty early in the game.
