Looking to run a cheap tempo deck for Modern just for fun.

Nivmagus Elemental: eats free cipher spells when you don't need them to resolve, and works really well with Gigadrowse.

Invisible Stalker: primary encoding target- can reliably connect to get free spells off.

Delver: lots of spells, enough said.
