I have thought about Obelisk of Urd, but even if I convoke to cast it, the fastest I can get it out is turn 3. Most often, it would come out on turn 4. Either way, I'm completely tapped out and didn't put any pressure on my opponent the turn I play it. And I find its usually better to play Brutal Hordechief or dash in a Mardu Strike Leader on turn 4. Therefore, I'm not running Obelisk of Urd.

It's interesting how many one and two ofs you have in the deck. I'm a little worried about consistency. How has it been working for you?

+1'd because the idea is great and it looks like it could be really obnoxious to play against.

fallenarchetype. Consistency hasn't been a big issue due to synergy of most of the cards.

i dont mind a lot of 2 of's but a ton of 1 of's is a mess. consistancy is pretty key to a aggro deck

Just to point out, you run FORTY-ONE different cards in this deck. Might wanna make some playsets and 3-ofs happen...

Also, why no Aven Skirmisher? He receives benefits from the Chiefs, and is a flyer.

Also, I suggest making another deck with cards you don't own just so you have an end in mind to what you're trying to achieve.

The lack of consistency causes the deck to under perform even if it has not been detrimental to your success personally that doesn't mean the deck wouldnt perform on a higher level if u eliminated 1 ofs. You want to see the best cards as often as possible, 1 copy is very take it or leave it, having a few things up ur sleeve is what the sb is for not the mainboard. Just for the record if your deck is winning with several 1 ofs bogging it down then maybe u should evaluate your level of competition. As a guide for aggro, 4 of= want to see as early or as often as possible, 3 of= At least once a game most games, but twice is acceptable, 2 of= Only long games only once a game ever, or is very situational, 1 of= only when i tutor for it but once is acceptable. These numbers are also subject to being determined by its purpose in the deck, for example, using a sub when u need more than 4 of a card, u add a couple of a similar card but that doesnt always mean u want to see it only so often it just works in tandom with another card that is slightly better abd thus is a 4 of. Does any of this make sense?

Metamorphic1992 you took the words right out of my mouth.

New cards: Radiant Purge and Aven Sunstriker are the only two I feel like are really good in this, unless you wanna go Mardu Aggro, not Warrior Tribal.

I don't know anything about your financial status, but how about a playset of Bloodsoaked Champion? I think your deck needs more consistency. And maybe at least one or two Raiders' Spoils for buffing your warriors and getting card draws?

Check out my Abzan Warriors deck, maybe you could see something there that would help you.
