A few more changes —Oct. 1, 2016
After finally getting to tinker with the Bomat Courier, I don't really care for it in the deck. It's fragile, and I don't find myself attacking with it very often. So we have cut both of them in favor of adding in two copies of Drana, Liberator of Malakir. She gives us extra counters on our creatures, and combos amazingly with Olivia. Also, I have adjusted the number of Westvale Abbey Flip down to 1 and added a second Geier Reach Sanitarium for that extra card advantage.
I would love to find a home for some more of the new Kaladesh cards, but I don't know what else I can get in here. Let me know if you have any suggestions! Thanks everyone!

I like her a lot, but I'm not sure what to drop. I like the 1 copter, and it does cool things, but I'm not sure that it's worth the spot. I could probably drop the copter and maybe a dragoon to get her in there. Thoughts?

I think you need to use Call the Bloodline if you are going to have 3x Voldaren Pariah Flip's and the Westvale Abbey Flips. Or at the least increase your creature count a little more.
Bloodhall Priest I would add 1-2x more of as I find it such a good card. You could take out 1x Alms of the Vein and or Collective Brutality for them.
I wouldn't bother with the gearhulks in this kind of deck. They are costly in mana and I feel do best in a deck that makes use of enter the battlefield effects to reuse them. I would take out them for 2-3x Avacyn's Judgment.
You might want to take a look at either Bomat Courier or Key to the City which help if you end up using your Unlicensed Disintegration. You can sideboard both of these.
You don't have enough sources for black mana, so take out either 1x Westvale Abbey Flip or Geier Reach Sanitarium for a swamp I would say. Then take out some of your extra sideboard removal if you plan on taking my suggestion on Avacyn's Judgment.
But overall it looks good.
