There are 2 really important cards needed for this deck's main combo to go off, the first you'll need out is Ivy Lane Denizen and then you'll want to play Herd Baloth second. Ivy Lane Denizen's effect will let you put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth. Then Herd Baloth's effect lets you create a 4/4 Green Beast creature token, which will set off Ivy Lane Denizen again. As long as you keep putting the +1/+1 counters on Herd Baloth, you can create an infinite number of 4/4 Beast tokens. I got a kick out of that combo and shortly after I discovered it, I thought I'd make a deck all about it. It's not too situational since it only involves 2 cards. Both cards are surprisingly affordable. There's a little bit of ramp in there mainly just to speed the deck up and weed out the forests so that you're more likely to draw the other cards. I have had games with this deck where the combo did not go off, but regardless it is pretty fun to use.
