Idk whether i actually have enough things that spawn shit in and anyway i want to test this deck before i purchase the cards but im unsure of whether the deck is tuned

Well if you want infinite mana Reiterate with Mana Geyser usually gets you there.

I bet the deck feels rough being a green player, I would recommend more non-green ramp. :)
Cards like Solemn Simulacrum and Burnished Hart will help with land ramp. Other artifact ramp I would recommend is Commander's Sphere , Mind Stone and Extraplanar Lens .
Also being mono red there is no harm in increasing the damage you dealt with Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle .
