First, drop the Deadbridge Goliath s and replace it with Flinthoof Boar s. Second, take out the Ground Assault s and add Lightning Mauler s. Third, keep 1 Gruul Charm in sideboard and remove the other completely. Fourth, drop 1 Gruul War Chant , 2 is enough. Fifth, keep only 2 Gruul Guildgate s, replace the other two with a Forest and Mountain . Sixth, add 4x Searing Spear s and 4x Pillar of Flame s. Seventh, add 4x Rubblebelt Maaka s. Thats the best advice I can give you coming from a big fan of Gruul. Use the cards I suggested and your deck will be a lot more competitive.

Also, I kind of like the Deadbridge Goliath because not only is it a 4 drop for a 5/5 but I can also combo the scavange with my Ghor-Clan Rampager .
