Too many creatures to sac TO, not enough sacable creatures. your ratio is 12 sacable and 12 to sac with, with 4 being benefited from death without the sacable part. You should drop the amount of creatures to sac to, probably to around 8-10, 10 is pushing it hard though. actually, probably 8. Add in 4 more creatures that benefit from themselves dying. Even though its a bit high costing, i suggest Blind Hunter. Black Cat can be good for getting rid of their hand, and Blistergrub is just funny. Driver of the Dead is a little high costing too, but it replaces a creature onto the field such as your blisterpod or doomed traveler for more flying spirits. Since the rules of pauper are that the card must have been printed as common at some point, ive used Brindle Shoat, its great. Tukatongue Thallid might help cuz again, replaces itself in death. thank you so so much for your help. I will definitely pick up the Blind Hunter and the Tukatongue Thallid. I just couldn't figure out why this wasnt playing correctly. I think that will make a huge improvement.

Should I just cut white?...

Does having Doomed Traveler help me that much or could I replace it with 2 more Butcher Ghoul and maybe 2 Macabre Waltz??

I think it slows the manabase considerably to have white in and it really only helps with the side board but other than that not at all.

maybe cut the white for some Bone Splinters or Altar's Reap (reap is probably better rn since you get card draw)

Also, a few Elvish Mystic may not be bad. It replaces itself in the hand and is fine sac fodder
