Not really a "Cat Deck" so much as selesnya aggro.

Aside from that i like the deck, also you might want to take out Experiment One to allow for one more Brimaz, one more Spear of Heliod and i'd personally throw two of the angels into the deck to give you a late game bomb.

Yeah, there aren't enough cats in Standard to make them tribal. It's more of a joke title because I have four pet cats. lol

I only put Experiment One back in last week, so have no problems taking him back out again. One more Brimaz is a great suggestion, because he's SO much better as a turn three drop than later game.

I've tried putting Thune in the main deck, and she's never pulled her weight. I don't like using mana for her when I can instant speed a Selesnya Charm doubled up with an Unflinching Courage and trample over a blocker with lifelink. Those kinds of instant speed tricks have been very effective in this deck. I'm wondering if there are any others that would work.

Have you considered Loxodon Smiter over Boon Satyr ? The bestow really shouldn't matter too much for the deck if you plan to race damage in. With your sideboard, the deck should also have pretty good resiliency against removal, so dropping the bestow on the field shouldn't be all too relevant. In exchange, you'd get a much better tempo play that would feed into your deck's aggressive nature. As an added bonus, 1GW is easier for the deck to cast than 1GG.

I'd also find a way to squeeze in a 4th Advent of the Wurm . The card is too good to not curve off with. Replace the Archangel of Thune in the sideboard with Celestial Flare to deal with protection from white and green. Things like Blood Baron of Vizkopa will give you a hard time. As an added bonus, it also works fairly well in the mirror where you can drop it on something like a wurm token.
