I rewrote the description :)
I have found that 6 simple discards spells is optimum, and that Duress does the same thing as IoK does most of the time. The only reason I don't have another IoK, is because atm it's too expensive for me, and it might be a BfZ reprint. If I DID have nother IoK I would have 1x Duress, 2x Iok, and 3x Thoughtseize.
At this point I still don't even have my Kommands, maybe in a couple of weeks once my financial situation settles I'll be able to get those.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Gemstone Mine does a few things, a couple weird ones and a few just ok ones. One of the things it just happens to do, is make my opponents want to side in Blood Moon, which is almost a dead card against me as long as I get a basic Swamp out, which is easy. It stays around if they have an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, it doesn't pain me like Sulfurous Springs or Mana Confluence because I will almost always be using land for at least black. Then it also feeds delve when it's used up. I can actually activate Tasigur if I hit a later game with them still out (turn 4 or 5), and I have hardcasted Leyline of Sanctity with them before, which obviously isn't what I want to be doing but point being for that, that it opens up my sideboard as well.
Otherise, Faithless Looting and the cantrips finds more lands if I need them.

I'm honestly not sure what I'm looking at here. This deck makes me feel like a nub because I bet it's awesome if you know what it does.

I will admit it does look like a pile, but I am going to rewrite the description here soon to better explain everything. It needs it.

I would recommend a 3-3 Split of Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize. If you're struggling with burn, this will help. Generally, IoK gets a lot of work done in Modern anyway.
I'm also wary of Gemstone Mine because once you've used it thrice, it's gone.
