This is an original homebrew of mine that i've been working on.

{C}{R}{U}{W}{C}

Jeskai Artifact deck with a focus on activated abilities and Repurposing Bay & Simulacrum Synthesizer.

About the low land count, I wanted to focus on artifacts that stay on the board while tutoring basic lands and 2 mana artifacts that function as a utility land (Dowsing Device  , Fabrication Foundry)

Early Game: T{1} - T{3}Mana Fix

Early Game: Mana Fixing & Ramping

Early Game is usually going to be lots of mana fixing & mana ramping while amassing an a treasure trove of artifacts that will help us out later in the game. Fountainport Bell \ Fabrication Foundry \ Jeskai Monument \ Dowsing Device  

Mid Game: T{3} - T{5} Constructs

Mid - Late Game: Repurposing Artifacts & Fabricating Constructs**

Fabrication Foundry \ The Enigma Jewel   \ Omen Hawker \ Pit Automaton. The last 3 can all activate Repurposing Bay on their own on same turn it enters. All of the restrictive "use only to activate abilities" effects can be bypassed with cards like Prophetic Prism & Conduit Pylons.

Activated Mayhem: Useful Combos / Info

With two Repurposing Bays in play, mayhem ensues; no lands needed. You can use The Enigma Jewel   to sac Prophetic Prism, search for Simulacrum Synthesizer, then use the other Repurposing Bay to sacrifice the tapped Repurposing Bay for Boommobile. Then, add {4} {W} to your mana pool, use this mana to activate Fabrication Foundrys second ability to return the Repurposing Bay you just sacrificed back into play.
