This is stupid. But it should work at least once. And then no one will ever let you do this again. All fear the 92 land deck.

I'm not sure that I have to explain the primer here... but I feel like I should.

Cast your commander Exile all three instances.

First cast Mystical Tutor for Mana Severance. It's best to do this on an end Step before your turn.

To sell the illusion continue to complain the entire time about only hitting lands.

" I'm flooding so bad over here, all these islands are going under". "I'm just going to start calling my board state,Atlantis"!

When you hit mana severance cast it leaving only Oracle. Use your commander to cast Cerulean Wisps letting you draw your Oracle and untap your commander.
