Excellent build, only a few changes I'd suggest considering:
Drop the Blood-Chin Fanatic for 2 more Arashin Foremost. After trying both cards out Foremost wins by a long shot. Blood-Chin Rager should be a 4 of, amazing card that rarely fails to get value. Rush of Battle is a great budget Sorin, Solemn Visitor, but possibly consider Dictate of Heliod instead as the buff is permanent.
Banishing Light is questionable, I prefer Utter End (Assuming we're trying to run a budget version of Hero's Downfall). I've had my Banishing Lights popped way too often since Dromoka's Command was released. I would add Merciless Executioner to the sideboard for the hexproof dragons. There is no way to kill them otherwise.

I had to face off a deck like this at FNM, it was a long match! Erase as a one of? Why?
