Well, if you want to keep your deck Standard, Temur Battle Rage will rotate out in April. Expedite is in no way as good as Temur Battle Rage. It's not a good substitution, but it is one that would definitely fill the hole when Standard changes.
Some of your other cards are going out to: Goblin Heelcutter, Monastery Swiftspear, Wild Slash, and Arc Lightning.
Now, we don't know everything that is coming out in April, so you may find some really good substitutions for these cards then. For now, though, I would recommend these replacements overall.
Goblin Heelcutter --> Chandra, Flamecaller
I know that RDW is Aggro and as such does NOT like cards with high CMC's. But I feel a one-of for this Chandra is awesome. As soon as she hits the field, you can do any of her abilities.
For +1, you are forcing your opponent to answer to 6 damage. They either have to block, play a spell, or be forced to eat it. This doesn't risk your monsters or require you to pay mana to get hits in every turn.
With her 0, you discard a terrible hand and get a new one. ALSO, nice piece of advice, if you have no card in hand, you can still do her 0 to draw a card.
If your back is against the wall, you can play her as a board wipe. Say you have no creatures on board, but your opponent has Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, and a ton of small creatures that are being pumped by Drana. Play this Chandra, do -4 and kill her, but wipe their board clean.
If you -1, she can also just kill tokens and help your breathe easier.
2 Monastery Swiftspear --> 2 Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip
Yes, another Chandra. This one can really put your opponent on the defensive. Tapping for 1 damage doesn't sound like much, but with as many Spells as you play, she's going to untap and do it again... a lot. If you can make her flip, the pain just keeps on coming.
2 Monastery Swiftspear --> 2 Dragonmaster Outcast.
This dude right here... he can cause a lot of pain. He's in a sweet spot because he is so weak himself, nobody feel justified in wasting resources to kill him early on. But he is such a powerhouse with generating 5/5 Flyers that he becomes a threat in late game. He is top notch, and I love him.
2 Wild Slash/ 2 Temur Battle Rage --> 4 Expedite
If you can't do damage with Wild Slash or massive pain with Temur Battle Rage, you can always give creatures Haste and then draw. Using Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh + Expedite can be brutal.
Anyway, these are by far not the best suggestions. Just some things to think about when stuff rotates out.
I know that there is a way with cards in Shadows over Innistrad to deal a total of 8 damage with 2 mana. Not all of it can be directed at one target, but that is massively nasty. I'm sure your deck with see much more transformations with cards in the new set.
