MTG Combo: Ashnod's Altar + Breya, Etherium Shaper + Nim Deathmantle

My top priorities from the Maybeboard to get into the deck are:

Aetherflux Reservoir, Mycosynth Lattice, Ashnod's Altar, Orbs of Warding, Scrap Mastery, Goblin Welder, and Tamiyo's Journal.

So far the cards marked for replacement are those in the Equipment Matters category. As I've been going through the deck this sub-theme of equipment matters has appeared and I don't feel that it will be relevant enough to the recursion and combo route I want to take. Despite that, there are a few equipment cards which do help with recursion and combo so those have a better chance of staying.

Cards which appear only in the Combat category may also be considered for replacement. I see them being replaced with artifacts which work to slow down combat or act in other defensive ways.

I also don't really like how slow Curse of Vengeance is. It earns the ire of the enchanted player and I am trying to avoid attention like that.

Some combos that I want to consider including:

• Aetherflux Reservoir + Sydri, Galvanic Genius + >50 life (I own 2/2)

• Basalt Monolith + Dross Scorpion + Pentavus (I own 3/3)

• Ashnod's Altar + Breya, Etherium Shaper + Nim Deathmantle (I own 2/3)

• Ashnod's Altar + Origin Spellbomb + Salvaging Station (I own 1/3)

Please give me thoughts and advice on what I should or shouldn't be prioritizing.
