I think some fighters tend to pull the gameplay in certain direction. For example, putting Zamriel, Seraph of Steel in the command zone means I want to find Worldslayer and lock the game for a win. Commander Eesha wants to go for the straight-ahead voltron strategy. Balan, Wandering Knight and Halvar, God of Battle Flip are pretty much the same - I'll be looking for a way to give them evasion. I think this is a fun way to play and depending on the choice of commander, I can adjust the deck's power level a little to better suit the table.
