The Wise Mothman
Legendary Creature — Insect Mutant
Flying
Whenever this enters or attacks, each player gets a rad counter. (At the beginning of your precombat main phase, if you have any rad counters, mill that many cards. For each nonland card milled this way, you lose 1 life and a rad counter.)
Whenever one or more nonland cards are milled, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to X target creatures, where X is the number of nonland cards milled this way. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)

May 3, 2024 I started a new quest. Having built 52 decks, I endeavoured to play them all, in roughly the same order as I created them.
July 19
Yuriko's and Vela's Ninjas Lost, Blaine's The Wise Mothman
took me out. 14-20-1 for a .412 win percentage.

The Wise Mothman is pretty nutty. I haven't played against it first hand, but I've seen quite a few gameplay videos featuring it, & without upgrades it can still snowball pretty quickly. Mothman and Mirko would make for a pretty cool pairing.

Someone suggested to pair the Necrons with The Wise Mothman, but it seems a better deck that would benefit from the Mothman would be the surveil deck with Mirko, Obsessive Theorist so we ditched the Necron plan.

I love the build! As you mentioned Ruin Crab above, it always puts in work in my mill decks. Even in non-ramp decks like my Kwain, Itinerant Meddler mill deck. As well The Wise Mothman and my now defunct Lord Xander, the Collector. Few things felt as good as dropping a Boundless Realms or Reshape the Earth with Ruin Crab on the board!
