When Maelstrom Djinn is turned face up, put two time counters on it and it gains vanishing. (At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)

The Maelstrom Djinn only gets its vanishing ability and counters if it's morphed. If you hardcast it or blink it, it doesn't vanish. And since it's morphing, that triggers the djinns ability, rather than entering the battlefield, it doesn't do anything to Panharmonicon.

@tschiller the Briarhorn, Mulldrifter, Wall of Omens and Shriekmaw. I'm not 100% but I believe the Maelstrom Djinn would come in with 4 counters instead of 2 giving you more time to do your blink shenanigans.

if it was me and money dont matter i would swap the Llanowar Elves for Noble Hierarch
also i just noticed that blinking Maelstrom Djinn avoids the vanishing!! such an awesome deck man

I forgot to suggest Ainok Survivalist as well, more likely a sideboard, but it's an enchantment/artifact removal and a solid megamorph beater. Also Nebman227 is correct, Ixidor, Reality Sculptor is only legal in vintage, legacy, and commander, so you'd have to find a suitable replacement to play in modern. I have a few suggestions or potential replacements or deck altering ideas:
Ixidron
Not going to help you ramp but he's a bomb in a morphing deck style. You can also re-morph your creatures with abilities, think of tutoring your graveyard a second time with Den Protector or removing another artifact/enchantment with Ainok Survivalist.
Brine Elemental
Again, not going to lessen the cost of morphs, but still a potential bomb. Your opponents skip their next untap step and pretty much their turn since they only get to draw and place a land and play whatever spells they can w/potentially little to no mana.
Maelstrom Djinn
Hopefully a game finisher, only risk is he will vanish if you don't seal the deal, but you could play this along with Timebender and Ixidron for some great synergy.
