Also important to note: the triggered ability is part of Atla Palani, not the egg tokens she makes, which is why nothing happens if Atla Palani is not on the battlefield when the eggs die.
Related to this, it doesn't have to be one of Atla Palani's egg tokens necessarily in order to trigger her ability; any creature with the type "Egg" will trigger it. At the moment, this includes Dragon Egg, Ludevic's Test Subject Flip, Mysterious Egg, Roc Egg, Rukh Egg, Summoner's Egg, and Chicken Egg if playing with Un-set cards, as well as anything with "all creature types" like the various Changelings and Mistform Ultimus. (Not all of the listed cards show "Egg" on the type line, but the Oracle text in the Gatherer includes it.)

Strategy, Schmategy , I love 'games-within-games' decks. I have an ancient, mono-red, casual, "Mons' Mountain Casino" deck that runs a quartet of Goblin Bookie s, and some other Casino-style Un-Spells like Chicken Egg , Ricochet , and Spark Fiend , along with a bunch of slightly more legal ones. (It's a 'speakeasy'.) While the goblin room service might be lacking, they make up for it by serving a an excellent after-dinner Bottle of Suleiman .

You could thin this down with the following changes.
Jovial Evil, Powerleech, All Hallow's Eve, needs to be side board.I would remove Gauntlet of Might and ManabarbsBooster Tutor, Black Lotus, Blacker Lotus, Chicken Egg are illegal.
I don't yet know what you have to type to list a specific art on a card, but for a Rush deck, you need Rush art, lol. I'll figure that out in a sec.
