Randomonium Rules:

• Similar to Planechase, there are external resources that passively effect the game. Unlike Planechase, this is done with global enchantments instead of plane cards.

• At the start of the game, shuffle the Randomonium pile (the deck of enchantments) and flip the top card, then roll a D10.

• At the beginning of each upkeep, tick the D10 down by 1. Then, if the D10 would tick down to 0, flip the next card from the Randomonium pile and roll the D10 again.

• Any player may pay X to tick the D10 down by X.

• The enchantment is simultaneously controlled by all players, and is treated like an emblem.

• Effects that trigger during a player's upkeep are resolved by the player whose turn it is.
