Aerial Responder and Duergar Cave-Guard can attack without as much fear of being blocked as some other dwarves. Dolmen Gate would let you attack with impunity.

I guess your mana problem is because you have more cards than you can cast every round? There's not an easy fix for that but you could trade out a couple artifacts for more mana rocks. Cultivator's Caravan, Spinning Wheel etc

One REALLY annoying thing you can do with Sen Triplets is steal LANDS. Especially really fancy lands with special abilities. Boomerang, Capsize, Churning Eddy, Reality Strobe, Tradewind Rider and Eye of Nowhere. (I see you already have two of those in the deck)

Vega, the Watcher is decent card draw

Azor's Gateway  Flip once allowed my son to play every card in the hand of a guy playing Slivers.

Is Realmwright only there to fix mana? I thing you could do better with another Manalith clone like Spinning Wheel, Mana Geode etc. Maybe trade out a couple lands for Transguild Promenade and Rupture Spire.

carpecanum on Didn't you know? Sen Triplets bounce!

There are a few cards that bounce LANDS which you can then play. Boomerang , Eye of Nowhere , Reality Strobe , Churning Eddy . Tradewind Rider . Capsize once you get mana. Once you take a land or two and maybe a mana rock the game gets much easier.

I like to use Alexi's Cloak . First it effectively counters whatever was about to zap your boss, then it sticks around as Shroud.

Some of your high CMC cards could be replaced with general protection like Propaganda etc. Your opponents are going to have high CMC cards you can play.

I would loose the three Locket mana rocks for 5 color cards. Spinning Wheel etc. Throw in a Transguild Promenade and Rupture Spire , maybe Mirrodin's Core

Tempt with Vengeance, Sylvan Offering for sac fodder.

I would ditch 2 lands for 2 mana rocks, maybe Spinning Wheel and Worn Powerstone.

Helm of Possession or Mogis, God of Slaughter for more aggressive saccing.

Most of my suggestions are more pricey than I usually like to make. To go cheap, maybe look at golgari "straight to the battlefield from graveyard" cards for cheating out eldrazi.

Love the deck theme idea! Just want to say you have it listed that you have two copies of Selective Snare.

I'm going to say right off the bat that Meteorite, Diabolic Tutor, Bridge from Below, Laboratory Maniac don't belong in your deck because they are just bad cards. Although Laboratory Maniac is a fun alternative win condition, your deck simply doesn't have the mill power to achieve this and even if you did you have a greater chance of milling that him; because he's odd cost you can't use your commander to bring him back.

I am confused as to why you're discarding for graveyard strength when the only thing that benefits from having things in your graveyard is Apocalypse Demon. I want to point out that your commander Gyruda, Doom of Depths ability can only return a creature card of even mana cost from the four cards that everyone milled. So you won't be able to return anything that's already in your graveyard.

One other point I want to make is that taking the top four card from your library and things like taking putting the top card of your library {example: Deranged Assistant }into your graveyard don't count as drawing cards so Oneirophage and Chasm Skulker won't trigger.

Lastly after play testing your deck a couple times the biggest weakness this deck has is the fact that your commander is 6 mana below I'll suggest some budget mana rocks, because the faster you have you commander online the faster your deck and do kraken things ^-^ but all of these mana rocks will be better than Meteorite which is very bad.

Good Luck on your deck! Hope that was helpful!

Everflowing Chalice, Hedron Archive, Star Compass, Prophetic Prism, Prismatic Lens, Mind Stone, Worn Powerstone, Spinning Wheel, Silumgar Monument, Manalith, Mana Geode, Fountain of Ichor, Drake-Skull Cameo, Dimir Cluestone, Dimir Keyrune, Darksteel Ingot

Hey, good budget version of Niv.

Ophidian Eye is another combo enchantment to enchant Niv with. Consider cutting Curse of the Bloody Tome for Eye? With the difficult color casting cost of Niv and the less than ideal color fixing in the manabase consider Chromatic Lantern? To stay within the budget consider cutting That Which Was Taken for Lantern?

To help with color fixing in the manabase there's some budget lands to consider adding. Sulfur Falls, Shivan Reef, Wandering Fumarole, Ash Barrens, Grixis Panorama. These lands can help game play a lot more than $9 Caged Sun can. To stay within budget consider cutting Sun for these lands?

Evolve is not a very good mechanic in Commander because you want to consistently cast an Evolve creature early game to evolve as you cast other creatures. Consistently you're not going to have an Evolve creature to cast early and playing one mid/late game is not doing much. Evolve is a mechanic that benefits much with having 4x of same creatures in a deck which is not Commander. Consider cutting some creatures for a few more draw spells? Brainstorm, Opt, Frantic Search, Faithless Looting are budget good draw spells. Consider cutting Cloudfin Raptor, Simic Fluxmage, Petrahydrox, Ral's Staticaster for these draw spells?

Izzet colors at a budget are at a disadvantage for tutors, but there's some good cards that can copy an opponents tutor when cast letting you also tutor. Expansion / Explosion, Reverberate, Dualcaster Mage. These spells could also copy your own spell when you cast it. Consider cutting Wave of Indifference, Sundering Stroke and Reckless Air Strike for these copy spells? Talisman of Creativity and Izzet Signet are good budget two drop mana rocks. They could replace Heraldic Banner and Spinning Wheel.

In Commander you have access to good budget counterspells that don't have a restriction: Counterspell, Wizard's Retort, Arcane Denial. These counterspells could replace Scatter Arc, No Escape, Mystical Dispute.

I offer more advice. Good luck with your deck.

There are so many mana rocks that are better than Manalith that not one single copy should ever get used regardless of budget. The most obvious replacement is Sol Ring which is the most played card in EDH but the signets and talismans were already mentioned, the diamond cycle, ie: Charcoal Diamond , Fellwar Stone , Mind Stone , Thought Vessel , even Star Compass and Sphere of the Suns are better by virtue of being only 2 CMC to cast.
At 3 CMC you have: Mana Geode [scrys], Commander's Sphere [draws card], Pristine Talisman [gains life], Heraldic Banner [anthem], Spinning Wheel [taps creature], Vessel of Endless Rest [reclaims card for yourself or buries a card an opponent is recurring from their graveyard back into their library], Crystal Ball [scrys], guild Keyrune and Cluestone cycles [animate or card draw], Darksteel Ingot [at least it is indestructible], Seer's Lantern [inferior version of the Crystal Ball], not to mention much better ones like Chromatic Lantern , Worn Powerstone or Coalition Relic .
