It was demons and pentagrams before, it’ll be something else again in the future; there is no stopping the pendulum. As long as we have Eviscerate, Piracy, Hurricane, Extinction, Torture, Blatant Thievery, and Murder everything will be fine ;p

Aside from Reaping the Graves and Extinction, it looks like everything here is modern legal. If you're looking for modern replacements for these cards, I'd consider Empty the Catacombs for the former since it synergizes with Leyline of the Void, and Plague Engineer for the latter because it's just good at dealing with most tribal strategies. That being said, there's no real reason to be returning cards from graveyard to hand instead of the battlefield since you have no on-cast triggers. In casual, I really like Hell's Caretaker as a way to turn a Reassembling Skeleton into a Sheoldred, Whispering One, Razaketh, the Foul-Blooded, or something similarly silly. You could always go with more traditional reanimator cards like Reanimate and Animate Dead though. Either way, I'd probably up the creature count and run a few less full board wipes.

Skeleton Key - skulk might help with your commander, ESPECIALLY when combined with menace, and I feel like folks forget that it fits in non-haunted-house decks so I wanted it listed too ;p Extinction - one of my favorite natural disasters for troublesome elf/horror/spirit decks. It’s only a one-time use but boy will it get some attention.

Your current build does allow you to use Jegantha the Wellspring as a companion. Unless that changes, there's no reason not to.
For boardwipes, the obvious one is Cyclonic Rift, but it's pricey. I don't really understand the utility of Guilty Conscience except as creature removal, so something like Swords to Plowshares is probably more effective.
An interesting one is Endemic Plague, which would destroy your creatures too, but only works if you have Maskwood Nexus out. Other options are Fell the Mighty, Extinction, Magister of Worth, March of Souls, Nevinyrral's Disk, Planar Collapse, Retribution of the Meek, Sublime Exhalation. My pick besides Cyclonic is Nevinyrral's Disk, but it sometimes makes you a target. You might also consider Sedge Sliver to keep some of your slivers around.

My friends and I used to play cheap crappy decks at the kitchen table before EDH, commanders, or singleton formats were a thing. One guy had a sliver deck and he really cleaned our clocks. I went and got a play set of Extinction just for him (we weren’t playing singleton). That was fun wiping out all his slivers. I think the arms race we had and trying to take down whoever had the most powerful deck was the most fun.

“Itd make them much more powerful...” (SHUDDER) yuck... gross but totally true. THE one upside would be that Extinction would finally hit them. Of course, that also might mean that we would all have to pick a type as well... you know, since we’re planeswalkers too... ;p
