IMO XMage is much better though. :)

As i bookmarked this site, XMage for testing is also a viable option though.

Frank_Glascock: Angelforge wasn't on reddit for 2 weeks either. Maybe he is on vacation. :)

Oh I see, Purphoros, God of the Forge is already in here, my bad.

March 8, 2017 4:50 a.m.

True that, but i still don't understand why Rites of Flourishing is in here. IMO you give every blue Player a huge card advantage. I'd cut it for Carpet of Flowers

Well another wincon will be Purphoros, God of the Forge, but i think you don't need that many. What about City of Solitude to keep control players in check?

OUT

  • Rites of Flourishing
  • Ashnod's Altar
  • Extractor Demon
  • Stalking Vengeance

IN

  • Necropotence
  • Burgeoning
  • Carpet of Flowers
  • City of Solitude

I second this! :) I have this combo already in my Riku deck. Using it twice is indeed boring and card draw is always a very good choice though.

No worries :)

I'm excited which card you'll choose to replace Stalking Vengeance. Avenger of Zendikar would be obvious, but with Craterhoof Behemoth a boring wincon i asume.

Haha well done, i'm definitely jealous. :D

If you look on mtgcommander.net under Play Rules it says:

  • If a Commander would be put into a library, hand, graveyard or exile from anywhere, its owner may choose to move it to the command zone instead. This is a replacement effect. It applies last and may apply multiple times to an event. The creature never goes to the original destination zone and will not trigger abilities that trigger based on going there (e.g. "dies" triggers).

So your IRL Prossh deck looks different than this on tappedout you mean?

On the other hand tokens and Craterhoof Behemoth & Stalking Vengeance plus a sac outlet is gg; altough you can't attack someone. ;)

  • 700.4. The term dies means is put into a graveyard from the battlefield

Thanks for your detailed answer(s). :)

I'm looking for some ideas for my Prossh deck. It's just casual and on budget, but i want to make some upgrades so i can play at my LGS. I assume that you are playing ffa and not 1vs1 right?

Well, with Stalking Vengeance and Prossh you are wrong. If Prossh gets removed, i suppose you'll put him back into the Command Zone. Therefore Stalking Vengeance's abbility won't trigger. According to the rules, "to die" means putting a creature into the graveyard, and Prossh, in this case, isn't.

I'm just surprised you don't have Eternal Witness and Krosan Grip in your deck. Always thought these cards are necessary in a competitive meta.

I totally understand, almost every (competitive) Prossh decklist has got literally the same wincons. What's your experience on playing competitive? Maybe you can give me some insight on your gameplan. :) Do you cast Prossh asap or when it's safe with a wincon in your hand?

But i have to damit, there are definitely some odd cards in your deck; like Bloodbraid Elf and Stalking Vengeance for example.

Hey,
