Has anyone ever gotten annoyed at a card suggestion you made?

I mean like, really annoyed. I was suggesting things cards for this guy's Knight deck a while back which I viewed as very haphazard, and he just blew up at me about how I was trying to make his deck 'my' deck, and how it was fine just the way it was. This was on the heels of him asking for feedback, of course.

It was really weird. Has this, or something like it, happened to anyone else?

All the time. Usually things like Wasteland Viper instead of Sedge Scorpion or Divination and Time Ebb instead of Inspiration and Griptide .

It does happen. Normally the best thing to do is just unsubscribe and move on.

You cannot avoid dumb people. They are everywhere, and I hate to say it, but a very large number of them ask for help with their decks on this site.

Speaking as someone from the other side of this question, I've been annoyed many a time when people suggest very non-competitive cards for my competitive EDH deck. But I don't berate them for it. Generally, I dismiss the suggestion and give a reason why that suggestion isn't viable in my deck.

@ slovakattack: This is actually a primary reason that i stopped giving my two cents on decks.

Usually it depends on who the user is.

For me it breaks down like this: If the person knows me from around the site they take my suggestion with heft and usually mull it over, whether it's a bad suggestion or not.

If the person doesn't know me I've had reactions ranging from a scoff to a downright "I know better than you dude, you don't know anything!"

Because of that I usually just stick to commenting on decks where I know the OP, it makes my headaches less.

No, Thragtusk + Restoration Angel kinda did.

@ Ohthenoises ..... Well, technically... Junk Rites was g/b/w (obviously) and Jund did have a great showing. ... I'd call it a fair assessment.
