whats the best out of the green lifegain spells that see play

I am thinking of what efficiant lifegain optians such as Life Goes On Weather the Storm and Feed the Clan I did rule out Feed the Clan because I dont usually have ferocious or should I side 4 Kitchen Finks or is having 4 Huntmaster of the Fells Flip good (I run 4 Huntmaster of the Fells Flip because it is a pet card.
I suspect that your problem is the race against a burn deck and then I think Life Goes on would be best.
If it's not burn that's the problem or some other agro deck then you may just be too slow.

Nourishing Shoal is very good for decks that have high cmc spells.

Lifegain is generally just bad in general. If you want it to beat burn then play one of those. But you will rarely sideboard it in otherwise. You might be better off using those sideboard spots on other cards and other matchups.

It all depends on the deck and meta.
